15 years ago it started with our first Jersey cow, 'Sugar', at a pasture in Kealia Valley. ​
Later we acquired a top genetics Guernsey show cow named "Christmas'.
Next came our Brown Swiss bull named 'Ira'.
Over the years, we’ve selectively bred our cows to enhance desirable traits. The significant advantage of adapting these genetics to Hawaii’s climate and local grasses over the past 15 years cannot be overstated. We now have a stunning cross of the three finest heritage breed dairy cows.
